Welcome to R&R Trend. We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
    • The product must be in the original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Hygiene or personal care items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider or bank.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us with photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for quick assistance.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
