You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Non-returnable items include personalized/custom-made products, hygiene/personal care items, clearance/final sale items, and gift cards.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery within India takes 5–12 business days, and international orders take 7–20 business days. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue at ra.ro.04110225@gmail.com. We'll arrange an exchange for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Free shipping promotions may be available on selected orders or during special campaigns. Shipping charges are otherwise calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
